You can only cancel your order within 7 days from when you placed it. If we have shipped your order and you wish to cancel you must return it to us in the same condition in which it was sent to you. You must return the product within 7 days of the request. Once we have received the returned items we will proceed your refund.

Please note, once you have had an e-mail confirmation to say your order has been shipped we cannot cancel your order. However, upon receipt of the goods, you can return the items back to us in its original condition. Once we have received the item(s) we will issue your refund.
Refunds can take upto 5 days, depending on your bank.
If you have returned items please must allow upto 3 workings days for the refund to be actioned. This is because all returns must be checked by our quality control team before we issue the refund.
Although you may be able to wear our lenses, you must be aware that our lenses will NOT correct your vision. We only offer non-corrective (plano) lenses at the moment.
