Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order within 7 days from when you placed it. If we have shipped your order and you wish to cancel you must return it to us in the same condition in which it was sent to you. You must return the product within 7 days of the request. Once we have received the returned items we will proceed your refund.

Can I change my address after I have placed my order?

Please contact us immediately if you want to change your address and we will try our best to make the changes for you. However, if your order has been despatched then unfortunately we will not be able to make the change for you.

Does Funky Lenses sell astigmatic lens?

Unfortunately our lenses are not suitable for people that have astigma.
