To re-order, simply log back into your account using your e-mail address and password. Your previous order will be displayed. You can choose to modify your information or proceed with the reorder. You can update your personal information at any time.
We aim to deal with emails within 24 hours of receiving them. Any emails received on the weekend will be dealt with on the following Monday. However, during our busy period this may change slightly due to the volume of emails we receive as we read and respond to ALL emails sent to us.

If the expected delivery has now exceeded the delivery timescales given please send us an email with your order number and we will look into this for you. Please send your email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Full Name and Order Number in the email.
When you place an order with Funky Lenses, a confirmation email is sent to you with details of your order. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a second confirmation email is sent to you indicating that your order has now been despatched. If you have not received these emails, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot see the email in your spam folder, do get in touch and we will look into this for you.
